PocketPath Disclaimer & User Agreement

As part of your registration, please read and agree to the following terms before proceeding:

1. Disclaimer

Per FAA 14 CFR Part 91, you, the Pilot in Command (PIC), are solely responsible for the safety of flight.
PocketPath is designed as a pilot’s aid to assist during preflight and inflight operations.

While every effort is made to ensure data accuracy, PocketPath and Aeropath Inc. do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the data.
By using this product, you agree to hold PocketPath and Aeropath Inc. harmless from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to bodily injury or property damage resulting from its use.

2. No Warranty

This software is provided "as is", without any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall PocketPath, Aeropath Inc., or their heirs or assigns be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Procurement of substitute goods or services
• Loss of use, data, or profits
• Business interruption

This applies regardless of the cause and under any theory of liability—contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence)—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. User Agreement

By accepting the disclaimers above (Sections 1 and 2), you may proceed with:

• Registration of the PocketPath platform
• Installation and use of PocketPath
• Access to in-app products linked to your account
